Forget driving and paying $$$ to park for games! This is one of the best-located properties in Athens. The simple, modern design of this home makes for a relaxed, carefree stay. Unique windows and room design provide glorious light while providing privacy from the street. A kitchen where you can really enjoy cooking. Off-street parking accommodates 4 cars (up to 6 cars if you want to pack them in on game days) with additional parking available on the street.
The house has three spacious bedrooms. The Master Suite on the main level has a queen bed with Leesa mattress, walk-in shower, and antique claw-foot soaking tub. Upstairs bedrooms are separated by a wide landing, providing privacy and sound isolation. Upstairs, the King Room has a memory foam king bed with tub/shower and walk-in closet. The Queen Room has a queen bed with Leesa mattress, walk-in shower, and walk-in closet. All bedrooms have vaulted ceilings that add to the feeling of spaciousness.
